Store Policies
All items ship within 2 business days of received payment. Standard shipping service is USPS First Class mail. International ships First Class International We accept returns on all our products excluding makeup and brushes. For returns please email Bathhousenaturals@gmail.com for directions on how to return your product. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns. Even if the item is shipped to you with free shipping there is still shipping costs involved. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. We will only accept returns on one opened container of the same product. All others must be factory sealed for refund. |
